1. Are all items in stock?

Yes! All items are on hand and ready for purchase. No waiting on restocks or delays—everything is ready to go!

 

2. Where are you located for pickups?

We’re located near Florida & Fowler Ave in Tampa, FL. At 
i75 & Bruce B Downs BLVD 
Once your order is placed and marked “READY,” you’ll receive an email with detailed pickup instructions.

 

3. Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We offer shipping on all items. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey.

 

4. How will I know when my order is ready for pickup or has shipped?

You’ll receive a message once your order is marked “READY” for pickup, or once it has shipped. If it’s being shipped, your email will include a tracking link.


5. What is your return/refund policy?

We have a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. Please take your time to read all product descriptions and place your order with confidence.


6. What if I have questions before placing my order?

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to DM us on Instagram at @kekes.kloset_ (https://instagram.com/kekes.kloset_) before placing your order. It’s your responsibility to understand what you’re purchasing.


7. Can I come by without placing an order first?

No walk-ins, please. Pickups are by appointment only once your order has been placed and marked “READY.” Full details will be sent to your email.

9. What are your shop hours?

Our shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
